In general, deadlines WILL NOT be extended; consideration of an extension is plausible for unforeseeable acts (i.e. prolonged disruption to website access, form functionality, etc.). There are numerous reasons why you might need to cancel your registration. The following guidelines have been established to make this process as simple as possible. These guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of the education department.
We seek to minimize paper waste by offering both online and phone registration. However, If you prefer to submit your registration by mail, the following stipulations apply:
- You must either print the entire registration form, complete, and mail by the promotional deadline; OR request a paper registration by calling or emailing the education department (limited quantities of paper registrations may be available to jurisdictional churches during jurisdictional and/or district functions - contact the education department for specifics).
- Mailed registrations must be postmarked by the deadline date to: (a) receive the promotional rate if applicable; (b) to register for the event if mailed during the standard registration period.
- Mailed registrations postmarked AFTER May 21, 2016 WILL NOT be accepted, and payment will be returned to sender.

- Online registration windows for both promotional periods & standard registration will close at 11:59 p.m.
- Promotional rates will require a "Promo Code". Codes can be obtained on this page, by calling or emailing us, and/or by looking on any of our marketing fliers.
3. Refunds
There are numerous reasons why you might need to cancel your registration. The following guidelines have been established to make this process as simple as possible. These guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of the education department.
- Cancellations can only be processed online or by speaking directly with a registration agent via phone.
- A full refund will ONLY be granted if a registration (individual or group) is cancelled within 72 hours of receipt of payment (this includes weekends). Time stamps on both PayPal and the cancellation form (or the time your call was received and entered by a registration agent) will be used to verify the 72-hour window.
- Cancellations after the 72-hour window will be issued a partial refund; a processing fee of 10% of the total amount paid will be deducted from the refund amount. ALL refunds will be returned in the same method they were received accept cash payments (i.e. credit/debit card payments will be returned to the card used at the time of payment; check or cash payments will be returned in check form - this includes cash payments made during an on-site registration). Checks will be issued to the person listed as "Group Contact" on the original registration form.
- Partial cancellations are acceptable. For example: your youth group registers a total of 10 (adults, teens, children) but 3 of them have a scheduling conflict, and will not be able to attend. You may submit a cancellation for the 3 who will not be attending; the processing fee mentioned above will only apply to the amount paid for those three registrations. You could also choose to replace them with 3 other people instead (you'll need to speak with a registration agent to complete this process).
- NO refunds will be issued for cancellations received AFTER May 20, 2015.
