1-day Call Center Support. . .

You've arrived at this page because someone asked if you could help us with our "call-center".  The purpose of this short (less than 3 hours) call center is to support our membership and friends in purchasing their copies of the jurisdictional centennial commemorative journal. 
Please review the information below for details about what you're volunteering for, and if you're able to help, click the "count me in" link to submit the form.  The form will close on Wednesday Nov. 10 at 11:45 p.m.
What:  Answer in-bound calls and complete purchase of journal(s) for the caller.
When:  Monday, November 15  |  6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  (75-minute shifts)
Where:  J.O.C. Headquarters (750 N. Chambers Rd.  Aurora, CO.)
How:  Via your cell phone and internet-connected device (see requirements for details)

R E Q U I R E M E N T S
  • Must have laptop, Chromebook, or high-functioning tablet (think iPad or newer version android tablet).
  • Cell phone, preferably with earpiece and mic connection (to reduce neck fatigue during calls).
  • Pleasant demeanor and ability to stay calm in potentially frustrating situations.
  • Must commit to at least one 75-minute session, and arrive 15 mins prior to start of session.
  • Attend 20-minute, virtual training, on Thurs. Nov. 11 or Sat. Nov. 13.
